Accounts Payable is an essential building block in our organization’s continued growth. We want someone with a penchant for accuracy, process improvement, and automation. This position is a blend of transactional and entry-level accounts payable.

• Enter invoices into proper entity and code invoices to GL account
• Ensure cash payments are made timely and maintain cash balances
• Approve monthly recurring invoices and prioritize with each check run
• Address and resolve A/P discrepancies and follow up as necessary
• Process payments weekly and ensure positive pay exceptions are completed daily
• Prepare all property financials monthly in time for the financial review meeting. Complete all year end packets ahead of deadline.
• Direct contact with customers, as needed to answer questions. 

The experience you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Yardi experience – a plus!
• 2 years’ experience preferred, but not required if you're passionate about counting beans in commercial real estate!
• Customer experience
• Proficient in excel
